• Manage merchandising for the footwear category, ensuring commercial success and efficient stock flow.
• Work closely with buyers, allocators, and suppliers to deliver best-in-class product availability.
• Support and develop the Assistant Merchandiser.
• Use systems and data (including AI pricing tools) to drive smart decision‑making (this is something they're launching so you'll be taken on this journey and is a very exciting tool!

• We're looking for an experienced Merchandiser to join our Footwear team (Outdoor, Run, Socks). The role is based at Kemble and will move to Swindon around Easter.
