Job summary

Qualifications

• Industry relevant qualifications.
• National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health – NEBOSH or IOSH.
• Proven track record of technical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planned and reactive Hard FM services across properties, directing direct labour and specialists.
• Ensure ISO 9001 standards and client requirements are met through updated policies.
• Lead energy management and smart building initiatives for portfolio optimisation.
• Produce monthly KPI, SLA and performance reports for stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, P&L and contractor performance to maximize profitability.
