Job summary

JLL is seeking an Account Manager to lead the engineering team in critical environments and deliver all day-to-day MEP activities. You will supervise specialist vendors, provide technical support during works and ensure compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.

The role requires extensive experience in critical environments (bank HQs, data centres or similar), strong leadership, and the ability to manage risk, performance and financials while delivering high standards of customer

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with all staff levels
• Ability to lead, motivate and direct a small team of engineers and supervisors
• Proactive in achieving high standards of operation
• Strong IT and report-writing skills
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on time

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the engineering team, delivering contractually required outcomes
• Operate building systems competently and propose improvements
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and SLA's
• Manage CMMS workflows and report on maintenance and asset reliability
• Support client meetings and produce monthly/quarterly reports
• Own engineering risk registers and succession planning
• Ensure maintenance aligns with OEM/SFG20 standards
• Communicate technical/legislative updates to the team
• Assist with escalation of vendor performance and on-call duties
• Drive financial performance and identify project opportunities
