Job summary

JLL is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead the delivery of Hard FM services across a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliant, safe and efficient operation of MEP systems.

You will manage direct labour and subcontractors, drive continuous improvement, energy management, and ensure alignment with ISO standards and client requirements. The role demands strong technical leadership and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Industry qualifications
• Proficient in CAFM, Word, Excel, Outlook
• 10+ years experience at technical engineering management level
• National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH or IOSH)
• Ability to communicate technical subjects to non-technical customers
• Ability to produce technical reports
• Pass a DBS check
• Manage change processes and provide strategic advice

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of planned and reactive Hard FM services across all properties.
• Review site policies to ensure ISO 9001 alignment and client requirements.
• Develop and implement operational best practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.
• Produce high-quality technical reports for client requests and expenditure approvals.
