Job summary

JLL in Slough, UK, is seeking a Technical Services Manager to support growth and ensure safe, reliable operation of critical facilities. You will lead the day and shift engineering teams, manage MEP systems, and coordinate with contractors, while upholding safety and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Critical Environments such as Banking HQ and Data Centres.
• Proven ability to lead and develop engineering teams and manage contractors.
• Strong knowledge of MEP assets, health & safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the on-site engineering team to deliver the JLL SOW.
• Manage day-to-day operation of installed building systems and report findings.
• Attend client and site meetings and provide technical oversight for projects.
