Job summary

JLL is seeking an Account Manager with strong leadership to oversee critical MEP environments. You will coach engineers, ensure compliant operations, and manage vendor relationships. The role emphasizes proactive service delivery, reporting, and adherence to contractual standards.

You will coordinate with the engineering team to deliver day-to-day MEP activities, including corrective and planned works, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team to deliver contract outcomes with MEP vendors.
• Operate and monitor building systems and report on performance.
• Coordinate specialist vendor visits and change management approvals.
• Ensure SLA compliance and high standards of customer service.
• Maintain and review CMMS, work orders and asset reliability reports.
• Prepare and present engineering reports and risk reviews.
