Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead high-standard operational services across MEP systems on the WPM portfolio. You will manage planned and reactive hard FM delivery, safety, and contractor performance to maintain quality and profitability.

You will develop best practices, ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and building regulations, and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service while supporting occupiers and visitors.

Qualifications

• Industry relevant qualifications.
• National General Certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH or IOSH).
• Proven track record of technical problem solving.
• Ability to communicate technical subjects to non-technical customers and team members.
• Ability to produce technical reports.
• Adept at managing the change process.

Responsibilities

• Manage planned and reactive hard FM services across properties.
• Oversee health & safety, HR, and contract performance.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and client SLAs.
• Develop and implement operational best practices.
• Maintain building regulations and statutory obligations.
• Lead energy management and data analysis for SMART platforms.
• Produce high-quality technical reports and position statements.
