Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in Slough is seeking a Technical Services Manager to lead the on-site engineering team and ensure safe, compliant operation of all MEP systems. You will drive performance, report on assets and energy usage, and coordinate with clients and contractors.

The role requires a minimum of five years in critical environments, relevant electrical/mechanical qualifications, and strong leadership and communication skills to meet demanding service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in critical environments such as data centres or banking HQs.
• C&G Pts. 1 & 2 or equivalent technical qualification.
• 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations and BS 7671 knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and lead the site-based engineering team, delivering the JLL SOW and ensuring safe operations.
• Operate all MEP systems competently, with recommendations for improvements and concise technical reporting.
• Attend client meetings, support project and contractor activities, and manage risk and compliance.
