Job summary

JLL is seeking an Account Manager to lead the engineering team in London, overseeing MEP activities and specialist vendors. You will ensure high service quality and compliance with contract requirements, while coaching team members to achieve operational excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of electrical/mechanical systems, and a customer-focused approach to meet client expectations and budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in critical environments such as Banking HQ or Data Centres.
• HV/LV Authorised Person status or willingness to obtain.
• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering HNC/HND or apprenticeship completed.
• 18th Edition IEE wiring and installation.
• IOSH Managing Safely (or NEBOSH equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead the engineering team to deliver all contractually required MEP outcomes.
• Operate and optimise building systems including MV/HV switching and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SLA, statutory regulations and site procedures.
• Oversee CMMS and generate Monthly/Quarterly engineering reports.
• Support business development and manage financial performance of the account.
