A leading MEP contractor in Manchester is seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team in the nuclear/clean energy sector. The ideal candidate will have MEP/HVAC experience and be willing to work in the office at least 3 days a week. Qualifications

  • Currently working as a Quantity Surveyor with MEP/HVAC experience.
  • Experience in the construction/engineering sector.
  • Based in North West England or willing to relocate.

Are you currently working as an MEP Quantity Surveyor, looking for the opportunity to work within the nuclear / clean energy sector, one of the largest growth sectors in the UK?

Are you currently located in the Manchester area and happy to attend the office a minimum of 3 days per week?

We are currently working with a leading MEP / HVAC contractor, they have been established over 60 years and considered a market leader within the Nuclear / regulated sector space.

They currently have a requirement for an MEP Quantity Surveyor to join their team, if you are hard working, keen to work on great projects and progress your career please read on.

M&E Quantity Surveyor Role Requirements :

  • You will currently be working as a Quantity Surveyor with experience within the MEP / HVAC sector, this is essential.
  • Hybrid working based out of their North West / Manchester office, this position does require regular office attendance (3 days per week minimum).
  • Experience within the Nuclear / regulated sector space would be advantageous but not essential, you must have experience within the construction / engineering sector.
  • A sound understanding of NEC, JCT or both forms of contract.
  • Based in the North West of England or willing to relocate.
  • Keen to work as part of a dynamic hard working team.
  • Strong written and oral English.
  • Full UK working rights, sponsorship is not on offer at this time.
