Job summary

JLL is seeking a skilled engineer to manage day-to-day technical requirements in the workspace, ensuring SOP/KPI/SLA compliance and delivering a resilient engineering service to support an excellent workplace experience for clients and guests.

You will work with BMS/HVAC, IoT devices, and smart building tech, performing maintenance, diagnostics, and programming changes under engineering leadership. Shift pattern includes nights and days on site.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3 NQV in electrical/mechanical discipline.
• Has worked within a Critical Engineering Facility.
• Strong PC literacy with BMS/control systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day technical requirements in the workspace.
• Ensure compliance to SOPs, KPIs and SLAs.
• Operate Building Management Systems (BMS) including HVAC, lighting, security, and energy management.
• Respond to alerts, diagnose and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for maintenance and repairs.
• Document maintenance activities and system adjustments in CMMS.
