Responsibilities

• Provide leadership of the engineering team, delivering all contractually required outcomes including MEP Specialist Vendors.
• Operate all facility systems competently, including HV/LV switching operations.
• Prepare and approve Vendor visit plans and ensure changes are approved via Change Management.
• Ensure compliance with SLA, service specifications, and statutory regulations.
• Monitor team performance and reporting of service quality and financials within the contract scope.
