A leading support service provider in Crewe is seeking compassionate individuals to provide person-centered support for those with complex mental health needs. This role involves medication management, teaching life skills, and facilitating community engagement. Candidates should be flexible and ready to work across shifts. Enhanced DBS checks are required. Full induction training is provided.
Join Independence Support Ltd (ISL) – Make a Real Difference in People’s Lives! ISL, based in Crewe, Cheshire, operates a supported living project dedicated to empowering individuals with complex mental health needs. Our service supports 22 people in self-contained apartments, enhanced by the latest assistive technology. We aim to support individuals to live as independently and confidently as possible. Alongside the supported living, we also offer a Crisis Café Service for short-term interventions to individuals who are unable to manage their mental health independently and may require signposting.

We need full-time (37.5 hours) and part-time (23.5 hours) staff ready to work across day and night shifts, working around a 7-day rota. Full induction is provided. The shifts range from 8-8 day and night, 10am-6pm, 10am-10pm.
