You will greet visitors, manage the reception area and the electronic appointment system, and help ensure enquiries are handled efficiently with respect and professionalism.

Working closely with the team, you’ll monitor flow to consulting rooms, assist in difficult conversations when needed, and provide a high-quality administrative service to people
