The role provides confidential admin support, minutes of meetings, typing of clinical correspondence, and appointment scheduling with staff cover. You will handle service-user contacts and greet visitors, contributing to a welcoming, efficient multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the clinical team.
• Take accurate minutes of meetings and type clinical correspondence.
• File and perform other general administrative duties as required.
• Arrange appointments with service users and ensure appropriate staff cover.
• Coordinate service user contact via telephone, email or letter.
