A health care organization is seeking a proactive and passionate Integrated Mental Health Hub clinician to provide holistic care to adults with serious mental illness. This part-time position, based in Wantage, involves delivering evidence-based interventions and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should be a Registered Mental Health Nurse or Occupational Therapist with relevant community experience. We are looking for an Integrated Mental Health Hub Clinician on a part time basis, who is experienced in delivering evidence-based interventions in a community setting, with a passion for partnership approaches to care for adults living with serious mental illness.
These roles need people who are innovative and want to help achieve our vision for cross-sector integrated pathways, removing existing barriers, to deliver better access to dedicated mental health support in local, non-stigmatised community settings.
