Qualifications

  • Significant post-qualification experience in mental health services.
  • Experience in quality standards, audits, risk management, and handling incidents/complaints.
  • Proven leadership and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical performance and provide oversight for our Counsellors.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and best practice standards.
  • Deliver clinical sessions one day per week.
