Job summary

THG plc in Manchester is seeking an ambitious Ecommerce Manager to lead the growth and performance of Myprotein across MENA. You will own regional trading strategy, optimise website performance and deliver a customer experience tailored to fitness and active lifestyle customers across the region.

The role combines commercial thinking with data-driven decisions, collaborating with marketing, CRM, content and operations to drive revenue, improve conversion and build customer loyalty through

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years' experience in ecommerce or digital trading.
• Experience trading across MENA markets.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience using ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
• Commercial mindset to drive online revenue growth.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Interest in fitness, sports nutrition and active lifestyles; experience in these categories would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day ecommerce trading performance across MENA markets.
• Develop regional trading plans, promotional calendars and product launches across nutrition, supplements and activewear.
• Identify opportunities to increase conversion, average order value and repeat purchases through relevant product recommendations, bundles and promotions.
• Align pricing, promotions, stock availability and product assortment with local demand.
• Optimise the customer journey across mobile and desktop, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Deliver Arabic and English content, product pages and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, CRM and creative teams to deliver integrated regional campaigns.
• Coordinate product launches across regional websites and digital channels.
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to address delivery and service issues affecting customer experience.
