Job summary

THG is seeking an ambitious Ecommerce Manager to drive Myprotein's growth across the Middle East and North Africa. You will own the regional trading strategy, optimise website performance and deliver a customer experience aligned with fitness and active lifestyle customers across MENA.

You will lead product launches, campaigns and localisation in Arabic and English, work with cross-functional teams, and use data to improve conversion, AOV and retention while extending THG's reach from Manchester

Qualifications

3–5+ years in ecommerce or digital trading.
Experience trading across MENA markets.
Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs and CRO.
Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) or similar.
Proficient analytics and reporting skills (GA).
Commercial mindset with revenue growth track record.
Experience delivering localised customer experiences across markets.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day ecommerce trading performance across MENA, delivering revenue and profitability targets.
Develop regional trading plans, promotional calendars and product launches.
Identify opportunities to increase conversion, AOV and repeat purchases via bundles and promotions.
Align pricing, promotions, stock, and assortment with local demand.
Collaborate with marketing, CRM, creative, and operations to deliver regional campaigns.
