Job summary

Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom seeks a Sales Host to drive membership growth and deliver exceptional member experiences. This maternity cover role involves welcoming prospects, supporting retention and promoting products and services to help members achieve their goals.

You will tour clubs, close memberships and support activation while upholding a high-performance culture and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness, customer service and sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, confident and outgoing personality.
• Target-driven mindset with a desire to achieve results.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, retail, leisure or customer service.
• Experience working toward sales or performance targets.
• Knowledge of membership sales or customer retention principles.
• Experience using sales, booking or membership systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Use effective questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
• Provide a friendly, professional and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
• Handle member queries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Promote the products, services and fitness solutions available within the club.
• Actively support club initiatives, events and member engagement activities.
• Represent the Everlast Gyms brand with energy and professionalism.
• Support day-to-day operation and act as a key holder when required.
