Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom seeks a Sales Host to create standout member experiences while driving membership growth and retention. You will act as a brand ambassador, supporting commercial goals while delivering exceptional service to members, guests, and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members and drive membership sales.
• Drive renewals, upgrades and additional spend while supporting retention targets.
• Conduct tailored club tours aligned to individual goals and needs.
• Use questioning and rapport-building to handle objections and follow up leads.
• Build relationships to boost retention and engagement with members.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
• Provide a friendly, professional environment and promote available products/services.
