Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a Sales Host to create outstanding member experiences while growing membership and retention within the club.

You will act as a brand ambassador, supporting commercial goals and delivering exceptional service to every member, guest and prospect. This role offers opportunities to lead tours, upsell services and contribute to a high-performance team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Use effective questioning, rapport-building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
• Provide a friendly, professional and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
• Promote the products, services and fitness solutions available within the club.
