Job summary

Everlast Gyms is looking for a Sales Host to grow our membership community by delivering outstanding member experiences and driving sales and retention within the club. You’ll act as a brand ambassador and support the club’s commercial goals while giving every member, guest and prospect a first-class service.

You will convert prospects into members, drive renewals and upgrades, and follow up on enquiries to maximise conversions.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness and sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, leisure or customer service.
• Experience working toward sales or performance targets.
• Knowledge of membership sales or customer retention principles.
• Experience using sales, booking or membership systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Use effective questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
• Provide a friendly, professional service to all members and guests.
• Promote club products and services.
• Support initiatives, events and member engagement activities.
