Job summary

Frasers Group is opening a new club in Livingston, Scotland, and seeks a Sales & Retention Manager to drive membership growth and maximise retention. Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead sales initiatives, support the team, and ensure a seamless member journey from first visit.

You’ll be the ambassador for sales excellence, implementing smart strategies and building strong relationships. You’ll own the club activity planner, train staff on fundamentals, and lead by example on

• Proven leadership experience in a sales/retention role.
• Ability to train and coach a team to perform at a high level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives for a new club opening and maximise membership growth.
• Own the club activity planner and ensure initiatives are well-planned and executed.
• Drive revenue across memberships, products, and add-ons.
• Deliver monthly sales presentations to the management team.
• Build local business partnerships and create opportunities for growth.
