Job summary

Frasers Group is hiring a Sales and Retention Manager for a New Club Opening. In this full-time leadership role, you will drive membership growth, maximise retention, and guide the sales team from the first visit onwards.

You will own the club's activity planner, implement lead-generation strategies, monitor dashboards, and present monthly results to the management team while building local business partnerships.

Qualifications

• Leadership ability to inspire and coach a team.
• Strong sales and retention focus with a results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Advocating and delivering the Fundamentals sales process, training and coaching the team.
• Driving new member sales while maximising retention of existing members.
• Owning the activity planner for the club and ensuring initiatives are well-planned and impactful.
• Implementing creative lead-generation strategies both internally and externally.
• Monitoring dashboards and KPIs, providing insights to the team and ensuring targets are met.
• Driving revenue from memberships, product, and secondary spend.
