Job summary

Frasers Group is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager in Croydon to drive membership growth and maximise retention. You will report to the General Manager and lead sales initiatives, coach the team, and ensure a seamless member journey from first visit onwards.

You will own the activity planner, implement lead-generation strategies, monitor KPIs, and maximise revenue across memberships and products while supporting the wider team with operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership with ability to coach a team.
• Strong sales and retention focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales initiatives and drive new member sales.
• Maximise retention and optimise live member movement.
• Own the club activity planner and ensure initiatives are well executed.
• Implement creative lead-generation strategies to attract new members.
• Monitor dashboards and KPIs and report insights to management.
• Drive revenue across memberships, products and add-ons.
• Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations to the management team.
• Build local business partnerships and pursue #WeMoveBusinesses opportunities.
• Lead by example on reception and gym floor in a member-facing role.
• Engage in national initiatives such as #WorkoutWednesday and #WeCommunicate.
• Provide feedback to team members and support development and performance.
