Job summary

Everlast Gyms in Wirral is seeking a Sales & Retention Manager to drive membership growth, improve retention, and support overall club performance. You will lead sales activity, coach the team, and ensure the member journey from enquiry to loyalty remains seamless.

The role combines commercial thinking, people leadership and customer experience to maximize club results, with opportunities to build local partnerships and contribute to national initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience in sales, membership, retail, hospitality or customer-focused leadership roles.
Proven ability to influence performance and achieve commercial targets.
Strong leadership and coaching skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead sales activity and coach colleagues to maximise performance.
Drive member engagement and retention through targeted campaigns.
Develop strategies to improve acquisition, retention and club profitability.
Lead by example, delivering exceptional service standards and driving a high-performance culture.
Support recruitment, onboarding and development of future talent.
