Job summary

Altea Active in Wolverton seeks a Sales Manager to lead new member acquisition and own the revenue pipeline. You will manage a team of Membership Coordinators, shape the membership mix, and drive retention campaigns to sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years sales experience with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
• Background in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or membership-based business preferred.
• Proven record of developing people and boosting team performance.
• Experience with CRM and pipeline management (MyAltea).
• Post-secondary degree in Business/Marketing/Kinesiology is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Own new member acquisition and the full funnel from contact to renewal.
• Lead and develop a team of Membership Coordinators to high performance.
• Drive membership mix and diamond penetration through targeted strategies.
• Lead retention and reactivation campaigns to grow lifetime value.
• Build community partnerships and local outreach for sustainable leads.
