Job summary

Altea Active is seeking a Membership Coordinator in the UK to guide prospects from inquiry to join, delivering a premium club experience from first contact through tour. You will convert inbound inquiries, drive outbound prospecting, and ensure tours are engaging and informative.

You will nurture prospects, maintain a disciplined pipeline, and contribute to member retention through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a sales, membership, or customer-facing role; experience in fitness or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong ability to convert leads and manage a sales pipeline with discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable on phone, in person, and via email.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads by quickly responding, booking tours, and guiding prospects through the membership experience.
• Drive outbound prospecting through community outreach and local partnerships to build your pipeline.
• Deliver exceptional tours that showcase the Altea experience and value to each prospect.
• Protect retention by focusing on renewals and proactive outreach before cancellations.
• Own your pipeline: track leads, follow-ups, and conversions with discipline.
