Our client, one of the UK's largest leisure operators, is recruiting a Membership Manager for a Farnham site in Surrey. You will lead a busy team of Membership Advisors, drive membership growth, and meet KPIs while ensuring exceptional customer service and adherence to our spirit values.

You'll empower your team to become subject-matter experts, convert users to members, and keep administration and systems up to date and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in membership management or sales management backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills with internal/external stakeholders.
• Experience motivating and driving a sales team to success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and line-manage the Membership Advisors to achieve KPIs.
• Monitor performance and support the team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop strategies to convert users to members and maximise membership.
