You will line-manage Membership Advisors, set KPIs, monitor performance, and develop product knowledge to convert visitors to members while maintaining compliant admin and systems.

Qualifications

• Membership management or Sales management background
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience motivating and driving a sales team to success

Responsibilities

• Provide line manager support to Membership Advisors and drive performance against KPIs
• Lead the team to maximise opportunities and convert users to members
• Maintain up-to-date administration and systems compliant with policy and process
