Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales Host to convert prospects into members and deliver outstanding member experiences. You will drive membership growth, support retention, and promote fitness solutions in a high-energy club environment.

You’ll act as a brand ambassador, welcoming guests, conducting tours, and following up leads to maximise conversions while supporting club targets and a positive member journey.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness, customer service and sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, confident and outgoing personality.
• Target-driven mindset with a desire to achieve results.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Desirable: experience in sales, hospitality, retail, leisure or customer service.
• Desirable: experience working toward sales or performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members and drive sales.
• Drive memberships, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on fitness goals and needs.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support club sales and retention targets.
• Provide friendly, professional service to all members and guests.
• Promote products, services and fitness solutions available within the club.
• Support club initiatives, events and member engagement activities.
• Operate as a brand ambassador and uphold Everlast Gyms standards.
