Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Host to convert prospects into members, deliver exceptional customer experiences and support member retention. You will promote products and services, conduct club tours, and drive sales while representing the brand with energy and professionalism.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality member interactions, supporting club initiatives and working as part of a high-performance team to meet sales and retention targets.

Qualifications

• Essential: passion for fitness, customer service and sales.
• Essential: strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Desirable: experience in sales, hospitality, retail, leisure or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth and retention.
• Be a brand ambassador supporting club commercial goals while delivering service to members, guests and prospects.
• Deliver membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on fitness goals and needs.
• Build relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Utilise CRM systems to manage enquiries and member information.
