Everlast Gyms is seeking a motivated Sales Host to help grow our membership community and deliver outstanding customer experiences across the club floor.

You'll actively convert prospects into members, drive renewals and upgrades, and promote products and services that support members in achieving their fitness goals. We value energy, ambition and a customer-first mindset, with opportunities for progression and personal training initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Use effective questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
