Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales Host to grow our membership community by delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales and supporting retention. You will act as a brand ambassador, welcome prospects, and promote products and services that help members achieve their goals.

The role focuses on converting prospects, renewing and upgrading memberships, and building strong relationships with members to boost engagement and retention within a high-energy club environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional member experiences that convert prospects into members and support retention.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on members' fitness goals and needs.
• Handle member queries professionally and promote products and services.
• Support club initiatives, events and member engagement activities.
• Operate as a brand ambassador and uphold Everlast Gyms’ standards.
