Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a Sales Host to drive membership growth and deliver exceptional member experiences within the club. You will act as a brand ambassador, supporting commercial goals while providing outstanding service to members, guests and prospects.

This role focuses on converting inquiries, renewing memberships, upselling opportunities and promoting gym services, with a flexible weekend availability requirement in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Create outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth and retention.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional service to members, guests and prospects.
• Convert prospects into members and drive renewals; upsell where appropriate.
• Build relationships to improve retention and engagement; support sales targets.
• Utilise CRM and membership systems to manage enquiries and member information.
