Job summary

Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sales Host to create outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth and retention. You will act as a brand ambassador, supporting club goals and delivering exceptional service to members, guests and prospects.

The role focuses on memberships, renewals, upgrades and enhancing customer engagement, with responsibilities across sales, experience, operations and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual goals and needs.
• Use effective questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
• Provide a friendly, professional and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
• Promote products, services and fitness solutions within the club.
• Actively support club initiatives, events and member engagement activities.
• Represent the Everlast Gyms brand with energy and professionalism.
• Support day-to-day club operations and act as a key holder when required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety.
• Utilise membership and CRM systems to manage enquiries and member information.
• Work collaboratively with the wider club team to achieve business goals.
• Support national campaigns, challenges and initiatives.
