EVERLAST GYMS is seeking a Sales Host to drive membership growth and deliver exceptional member experiences onsite. You will welcome prospects, support existing members, and promote products and services to help people achieve their fitness goals.

Join a fast-growing fitness brand and contribute to a high-energy team while supporting retention through tailored tours, follow-ups and personalised service. Weekend and Bank Holiday flexibility is expected.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness, customer service and sales is essential.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.
• Positive, confident and outgoing personality is important.
• Target-driven mindset to achieve sales goals.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth and retention.
• Act as a brand ambassador and support club commercial goals.
• Deliver membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on fitness goals and needs.
• Follow up enquiries to maximise conversion and build retention.
• Support daily club operations and CRM usage to manage inquiries.
