Job summary

Everlast Gyms is seeking a Sales Host to create outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth and retention at the St Helens club. You will act as a brand ambassador, welcoming prospects, supporting the club’s commercial goals and delivering exceptional service to members, guests and potential customers.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about fitness, sales and customer service who wants to develop their career within a fast-growing fitness business.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on fitness goals and needs.
• Follow up enquiries to maximise membership conversions.
• Build relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support club sales targets and day-to-day operations.
• Act as brand ambassador and promote products and services.
