Job summary

Everlast Gyms in Glasgow is seeking a Sales Host to deliver outstanding member experiences while driving membership growth and retention. You will act as a brand ambassador, support club commercial goals and provide exceptional service to members, guests and prospects.

The role focuses on converting prospects, driving upgrades, renewals and ancillary sales, and building strong member relationships to improve retention and engagement.

Qualifications

• Passion for fitness, customer service and sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, confident and outgoing personality.
• Target-driven mindset with a desire to achieve results.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, leisure or customer service (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members and drive membership sales and retention.
• Provide friendly, professional service to members and guests and promote club products and services.
• Support day-to-day club operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Act as a brand ambassador and contribute to a positive club culture.
• Assist with campaigns, events and initiatives and use CRM systems to manage enquiries.
