The role requires 1+ years in sales or membership management and close collaboration with Marketing and Customer Service teams. You will handle member communications, analyze trends, and help develop compelling offers while maintaining accurate membership content and participating in cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years in sales, membership management, or similar revenue role.
• Ability to clearly convey ideas in written and spoken form.
• Capable of completing tasks with little supervision.
• Ability to learn and operate Point of Sale system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain members.
• Analyze membership trends to identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Foster relationships with members to enhance engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with Marketing to create campaigns via social media and email.
• Maintain and update membership content as required.
• Represent the SIG SAUER Experience Center to members and the community, including public speaking when needed.
• Monitor data to track performance; prepare reports on growth and engagement.
• Provide training and support to staff on membership-related processes.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support overall goals.
• Communicate with supervision regarding problems and corrective actions.
