Job summary

Fresher Jobs Hub is seeking a dedicated Membership Officer – Association Member Support to maintain strong member relationships, process registrations and renewals, and provide timely, accurate information. The role emphasizes excellent communication, organization, and a member-focused service mindset.

You will collaborate with internal teams to boost engagement, ensure data integrity, and deliver high-quality member support while handling inquiries across channels.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required for entry-level consideration.
• A diploma or bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates with relevant administrative, customer service, or membership support training are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and organizational skills may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for membership services, account information, registrations, renewals, and general inquiries.
• Respond to member questions via email, telephone, and other approved channels.
• Provide accurate information about benefits, policies, and services; refer complex issues as needed.
• Maintain membership databases, verify information, and ensure confidentiality of records.
• Prepare membership confirmations, welcome communications, renewal reminders, and notices.
• Assist with event registrations and member communications and support.
