Job summary

Solutions Driven is seeking a Membership Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Membership Team, ensuring high standards of service, regulatory compliance, and member engagement. The role will lead and develop the team, managing performance, supporting professional growth, and driving continuous improvement across all membership and accreditation activities.

They will manage the team responsible for processing all membership application forms and maintaining a database

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in a leadership/management role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and discretion with information.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Experience in a regulated sector such as accreditation or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Membership Team to deliver high-standard service.
• Chair the Certificate Committee, ensuring regulatory and accreditation compliance.
• Oversee membership applications and maintain accurate, up-to-date records.
• Manage the complaints process and identify training gaps for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and review policies, procedures, and quality standards.
