David Lloyd Clubs in Greater London is seeking a passionate Member Support Advisor to join our team at the Heston hub. You will handle member queries and requests across Chat, Telephone and Email, processing these efficiently and delivering the best possible service.

This on-site role offers fixed hours 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00 within an active Membership Hub. Perks include Free Club Membership for you and your family, 50% discount on food and drinks, access to our Benefits Suite and Wagestream

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries is essential.
• Previous experience in a call centre environment would be desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are required.

• Process membership queries in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
