Job summary

David Lloyd Leisure is seeking a passionate Member Support Advisor to handle member queries across Chat, Telephone and Email. Based at a hub within our Heston Club, you will join a team dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our members and ensuring timely, accurate responses.

You will need experience in outbound calling, excellent customer service and strong communication. The role is office-based with standard hours, offering career development and benefits including free club

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries is essential.
• Previous experience in a call centre environment would be desirable

Responsibilities

• Handle member queries and requests received via Chat, Telephone and Email.
• Process queries in a timely, accurate and efficient manner and actively engage with members to provide the best possible service.
• Based at a hub within the Heston David Lloyd Club, work with a team focused on outstanding service and support.
