David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking a Member Support Advisor to handle member queries via Chat, Telephone and Email, delivering timely, accurate service from our Heston hub. Based at a hub within our Heston David Lloyd Club, you will work as part of a team focused on providing outstanding service and support to our members.

This role is on-site with hours 9:00–17:00 or 10:00–18:00, offering a consistent and structured working pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling and handling customer queries is essential.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
