Everlast Gyms in the UK is seeking a Full Time Sales Host / Member Consultant to deliver exceptional member experiences, drive membership growth and support retention within the club. As a brand ambassador, you will convert prospects into members, conduct tailored tours, handle enquiries and follow up to maximise conversions while building strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, leisure or customer service.
• Experience working toward sales or performance targets.
• Knowledge of membership sales or customer retention principles.
• Experience using sales, booking or membership systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Use effective questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
