Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom seeks a Sales Host to grow our membership community by delivering outstanding experiences for members, guests and prospects. You will drive sales, renewals and upgrades while acting as an ambassador for the brand and helping the club hit commercial targets.

You will deliver tailored tours, handle enquiries, promote fitness solutions and support club initiatives with energy and professionalism. Weekend and Bank Holiday flexibility is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences that convert prospects into members.
• Drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and secondary spend opportunities.
• Conduct tailored club tours based on individual fitness goals and needs.
• Use effective questioning, rapport building and objection handling techniques.
• Follow up enquiries and leads to maximise membership conversion.
• Build strong relationships with members to improve retention and engagement.
• Support the delivery of club sales and retention targets.
• Provide a friendly, professional and welcoming environment for all members and guests.
• Handle member queries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
• Promote the products, services and fitness solutions available within the club.
• Actively support club initiatives, events and member engagement activities.
• Represent the Everlast Gyms brand with energy and professionalism.
• Support the day-to-day operation of the club.
• Act as a key holder when required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and safety.
• Support gym floor standards and member-facing areas.
• Assist with gym resets and operational tasks where required.
• Utilise membership and CRM systems effectively to manage enquiries and member information.
• Work collaboratively with the wider club team to achieve business goals.
• Support national campaigns, challenges and initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive and engaging club culture.
• Take ownership of personal performance and development.
