Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic Medicines Optimisation Pharmacy Technician to join our Harrow Pharmacy team at Central & North West London NHS Foundation Trust based in Park Royal.

The post offers an excellent opportunity to develop your clinical and professional knowledge and skills in both physical and mental healthcare services, working in both inpatient and community mental health team settings.

Responsibilities
  • Provide medicines technical support for mental health services to sites such as in-patients, home treatment teams and community mental health teams.
  • Participate in the weekend and bank holiday rota, following a period of induction and training.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrate a person-centred approach and have effective interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Previous NHS Hospital pharmacy experience, including mental health, would be desirable.
  • Be willing to participate in weekend and bank holiday rota as required after induction.
