A leading healthcare provider in Highweek seeks a self-motivated administrator to provide comprehensive support to clinical teams. The role involves managing patient records, correspondence, and office systems while contributing to a positive environment. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and relevant administrative experience. Opportunities for professional development are available. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, self‑motivated, experienced administrator to provide comprehensive administration support to our consultant, whilst also working as part of the wider administration team to support the larger clinical team.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisation skills and the ability to work within a team and have good time management skills.
The position will be based at our Newton Abbot office based in Estuary House. It is a full‑time position however there is the potential for flexible working.
This is a busy office where no two days are the same. You will get immense job satisfaction in helping colleagues and patients efficiently and compassionately.
